Ella has had a cold for several days and yesterday we were scheduled to see the pediatric pulmonologist, (lung specialist) for Ella. This kid has a doctors for everything!!! Due to RSV and other things we have been seeing Dr. Wallace seasonally. He is a great doctor and when Ella was struggling with her breathing conditions he was the cure-all. However, my thoughts of him have gone down a little bit. Ella and I played in the doctors office for over 45 minutes!!!! That is some time, granted we had a blast playing with the swinging chairs and windows and mirror, but that is a bit much, don't you think.
In the end after 52 minutes he walked in and never mentioned his tardiness. I should mention out appointment was at 3 p.m. and we were there 10 minutes early as requested! Well, we are on a Z-pac and should be better in no time, she had no coughing fits last night, so that was nice.
Oh well, worse things that could happend. I took Ella into the office and though shy at first, she warmed up before long and was running the place.
I came home with a killer headache, ordered pizza to be delivered, (a advantage to living in town), worked out (not much) too a shower and feel asleep watching TV downstairs in the recliner at 9:15 p.m. Not a eventful evening. I am going to cook tonight, and an added plus, warm enough to wear a cute skirt to work!
