Fun, Fun Weekend

Kyle and I rarely get to go out. It has to either be a work related dinner to attend or we are going without the other due to it being business related. However, this weekend, Kyle and I went out twice, that is right my friends, twice!!! It was so much fun. We went to a fancy chop house Friday night with one of my co-workers who her boyfriend that works for a company similar to Kyle's. So there was alot of two conversations taking place at dinner, but it was so much fun. Afterwards we attempted to go downtown for drinks, saw a few friends out and about and ended up at a really cool place called Tre', where we had dessert and fancy drinks! What fun.

Saturday was a beautiful day and we spent it outside playing in the back yard and we did go to the mall for a short period of time to purchase Kyle's birthday present, a new pair of dress/casual shoes and a new belt. Stopped at Sonic on the way home, they are going to but a new one in town closer to us, I am very excited!!! We watched the Final Four and Kansas beat up on UNC. It was cool to see a Big 12 team make it to the "Big Dance."

Sunday we went to church, early service, came home and made taco soup (Homemade Gourmet, thank to Kena), washed clothes, took naps, worked on the computer (Kyle) washed the car (Nicola's), grocery shopped and prepared for another night out! This time we went with one of Kyle's coworkers and his wife. We went to the Point of Grace concert. First dinner then the concert. What a awesome way to worship the Lord. It was great and a beautiful venue to hold a concert. We had a blast!!!! Ella was babysat by our previous daycare provider and her daughter. It is nice to come home to you toddler in bed asleep and hear that she had a great time. So, overall it was a great weekend.
