I can remember in college staying up til the wee hours of the morning and have no problems the next day, of course there was no alarm going off at 6 a.m. to remind me of work and responsibility.
I had long night last night, wait, we had a long night last night. All three of us. Poor Ella is getting the last of her two year teeth in and they are giving her fits at night. This is the second time to end up in our bed. I must of rocked her for close to two hours last night and with a 30 pound kid laying on you, I was coated in sweat, though I am officially caught up on "What not to Wear" and "Jon and Kate Plus 8." See, I am trying to find the positive in the situation! Also watched some CNN to get myself caught up. I ended up sleeping on the couch from 5-6 just so I didn't get kicked, kneed or hit by Ella. With Kyle leaving for over a week, I am thinking tonight might be easier if Ella ends up in bed with me.
Ella not feeling good or sleeping well is always seems to happen as Kyle is headed on a plane to somewhere away from here. (My Leland friends can relate to this, I miss not being around them to vent about this and lean on for support), though I have some good friends here to lean on for support who have husbands that travel or work long hours and have to do the parenting thing solo sometimes.
I plan to hit the hay not to long after Ella this evening. Keep you fingers crossed we both have peaceful sleep tonight. Maybe I can sneak in a nap at work, just close my door and record typing sounds to make it appear as if I am working...probably not, but a good thought!
Thank for reading.

I feel your pain! I was up all night last night too. Although, mine was due to this kid in my tummy not liking what I ate for dinner. It is crazy to think that we used to stay up all night partying/studying in college and now just a few hours later than usual makes the next day terrible.
Hope you get some sleep tonight!
Thanks, hopefully everyone will sleep sounds this evening.
Close your door, I'll tell everyone you are on deadline.
