So last night we finalized all the packing, had a plan in place and went to bed early and then Mother Nature came along. So I am sleeping soundly with one more hour to go and then the house starts to shack! The storm is on us with thunder, lighting and hard rain. Not the kind of storm that puts you into a deeper sleep but the kind that scares the wits out of you!!!
Kyle finally gave up and turned on the TV and I laid there frustrated and mad. And won't you know it but the storm stops right before I have to get up and have fallen back to sleep.
Ella slept through it all and was softy snoring when I left this morning, Mother Nature was nice to her.
The good news is that the plants and grass have gotten a good soak, so I won't have to worry about watering them this afternoon before we leave.
I will post on the trip, hopefully the hotel tonight will have Internet and I can fill you in on how the drive goes. I am so ready! And excited, too.

Yeah! I can't wait. Maybe we can run to Stillwater sometime. I am dying for some cheese fries! Wahoo!
