Day Two of illness at the Freeman's

I am on day two of cleaning up a three year old's projectile vomit. She has been running a high temp and though I took her to the doctor yesterday the meds have not kicked into high gear yet. Ella was bouncing off the walls at the doctor's office and her temp was down of course, so I look a little crazy telling them how bad she was feeling, and then we get home and her fever rises, again.

I made the mistake of telling her (Ella) to call out for me if she needed anything last night, and was called into her room several times. I was thinking she would do this if she was going to get sick, nope, instead it was for more water or that her blanket was on the floor. Ugh.

Thinking I might stay in my poop and throw up pants all day and dream of being somewhere else. Luke did great last night, but was up from around 3PM til 11PM, he took a few catnaps, but nothing long, so he went for 4 1/2 hours last night, ate and went back to sleep, was up at 6 and back down by 7 and is still sleeping, which was nice for me to attend to Ella with both hands today.

Yesterday I had to rush Ella into the bathroom to miss the toliet completly and leave Luke screaming on the changing table while I helped her and then proceed to clean up the mess (I had deep cleaned all the bathrooms on Sunday too.) It took me all day to clean the sheets and towels and poor Ella ended up asleep on her bed around 5 with just the comforter!

And to top it off, lost my phone on Sunday after church and it surfaced yesterday, fell in the truck between the seats and I had it on silent, fun times.

I am thinking this has to be the worse of it, right??!!! Oh well, I am finding the humor in it at least. Also thinking taking Kyle's credit card to go on a shopping spree ASAP.

I still have a long list of calls and things to do, but am thinking it will be postponed another day.

One week and one day until we get there. Save the shopping for me! I have got to buy new clothes for work and I have been saving $$ for months!
